How We Fulfill Orders

Our kitchen collection includes preparation tools, storage solutions, countertop organizers, serving accessories, and other thoughtfully designed everyday essentials.

Depending on product availability and the delivery destination, orders may be shipped from a regional fulfillment center or an approved manufacturing partner.

This flexible fulfillment approach helps us:

  • Avoid unnecessary warehouse handling

  • Maintain practical and transparent pricing

  • Select an appropriate shipping route for each order

Products from the same order may occasionally arrive in separate packages.

1. Order Processing

Orders normally require 2–5 business days for:

During holidays, seasonal promotions, or periods of unusually high demand, processing may take up to 6 business days.

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Charges

A standard shipping fee of $6.99 per order applies unless a different rate or free-shipping promotion is displayed during checkout.

The final shipping charge will be shown before payment is completed.

These timeframes are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

4. Tracking Your Package

Once shipment information becomes available, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Please note:

  • Tracking may take 1–3 business days to display its first update

  • Some carriers do not scan packages at every transit point

  • A temporary pause in tracking does not necessarily mean that the parcel is lost

  • International tracking may update less frequently after customs transfer

5. International Orders and Customs 🌍

International shipments may be sent on a Delivered Duty Unpaid basis unless otherwise stated during checkout.

This means that the recipient may be responsible for:

  • Other destination-country fees

These charges are determined by local authorities and are not included in the product or shipping price unless clearly stated.

Olwukol™ cannot control customs decisions or guarantee how long an international package will remain under inspection.

6. Address Changes and Cancellations

We begin preparing orders soon after they are placed.

Requests to cancel an order or change the shipping address should be submitted within 12 hours of purchase.

We will make a reasonable effort to accommodate the request, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or has been transferred to the carrier.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for reviewing the shipping information entered during checkout.

Delivery problems may occur when an address contains:

  • An incorrect postal code

  • A missing apartment or unit number

  • An incomplete street address

  • An invalid recipient name

  • Incorrect contact information

If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply before it can be sent again.

8. Damaged Deliveries

Please inspect the parcel and product shortly after delivery.

If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 72 hours and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged product

  • Photos of the outer packaging

  • A photo of the shipping label

  • A brief description of the issue

After reviewing the information, we may provide a replacement, refund, replacement part, or another appropriate solution.

Please retain the original packaging until the request has been reviewed.

9. Packages Lost in Transit

If tracking has not updated for an extended period or the carrier confirms that the package has been lost, please contact our support team.

We may request additional time to investigate the shipment with the carrier.

When a package is confirmed as lost in transit, Olwukol™ may provide a replacement or refund according to the circumstances of the order.

A package marked as delivered is not automatically considered lost. Customers should first check:

  • Around the delivery entrance

  • With household members

  • With neighbors or building staff

  • Inside parcel lockers

  • With the local carrier office

10. Delivered but Not Received

When carrier tracking shows that a package was delivered but it cannot be located, contact us as soon as possible.

We may assist by reviewing available tracking details or helping you begin a carrier inquiry. Final responsibility may depend on the delivery confirmation, local carrier procedures, and the circumstances of the shipment.
